Description
Stryker Orthopedic Restoration Modular Finishing Instrument Set w/ Tray • Model: 6278-9-971 (Stryker) This item is used and in very good condition. This item comes with everything in the pictures. The 6278‑9‑971 Restoration Modular Finishing Instrument Tray is an essential component of Stryker’s Restoration Modular Revision Hip System. Specifically designated as “Finishing Instrument Tray #2,” it includes key instruments for completing femoral reconstruction following stem and cone body placement. Among the contents are the McReynolds driver/extractor assemblies (shaft, handle, sliding hammer), distal stem inserter, proximal body impactor, torque wrench adapter, locking bolt drivers, and various head trial instruments—essentially providing all tools needed for final impaction, alignment checks, and extraction tasks during revision total hip arthroplasty. Crafted from surgical-grade stainless steel with a modular tray layout, the instruments are fully autoclavable and designed for repeated use under demanding OR sterilization protocols. The tray is sized and organized to fit these precision tools securely, minimizing risk of damage during handling and sterilization. Stryker's surgical protocol recommends disassembly of multi-component instruments for thorough cleaning—especially those in the 6278 series—to maintain instrument integrity and performance.
