Property Removal and Collection Guidelines:

Scheduling Removal:

• Appointments are mandatory for property removal.
• Schedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Removal Deadline:

• Items must be collected within ten (10) business days from the issuance date of the Buyer's Certificate.

Buyer Responsibilities:

• The buyer must handle all aspects of property removal, including packing, loading, and transportation.
• No assistance will be provided by the seller.
• Any item not collected within the 10-day window may incur a daily storage fee of $10.00.

Pickup Information:

• All assets are for pickup only. No shipping or freight assistance is available.
• Pickups are scheduled from Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Weekend pickups are not available.

Attention Bidders:

Seller's Limitations:

• The seller is not responsible for any damage to items during removal or any personal injuries incurred during the collection process.
• The seller will not offer any labor assistance, sign any shipping documents, or recommend shippers or couriers.

Shipping and Duties:

• The seller will not assist with any shipping, packaging, delivery, duties, import fees, taxes, or other charges.
• No asset information for customs will be provided.
• The seller will not prepare any documentation, whether for foreign or domestic shipping.
